Guro Jay is a direct student of the late Maestro Sonny Umpad, and continues to share his Master’s teachings and art in Oakland, the Bay and around the world. He is a tremendous supporter of Lakas Filipino Martial Arts and a brother-in-arms to Guro Joe.
